When will I get my test results?
Results are typically ready within a few days to a week after we receive your sample. You'll be notified via email once they're available.
Have you received my sample?
You can check the status of your sample by logging into your account. We update the status as soon as we receive your sample. You will also get both a text message and email once it is registered in the lab.
How do I use the home test kits?
Follow the simple instructions provided with your chosen test kit for sample collection – be it blood, saliva, urine, or stool – and send it back to us for analysis.
Why is test ID registration important?
Registering your test ID ensures the security and accuracy of your results, linking your sample to your personal account for confidential and precise reporting.
