We ask that you follow the instructions carefully when taking your test. Are you still unsure? Then send an email to the support or contact us on the live chat so that we can help you in the best way.

If you are taking the amino acid test or any of the thyroid tests, these should be taken on an empty stomach in the morning. Note that the blood must dry completely before putting it in the bag and submitting it for analysis.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU STICK YOUR TEST ID ON THE SAMPLE YOU SEND TO THE LAB. IF THE TEST ID IS MISSING, THERE IS NO LINK TO THE ORDERER.

Instructions for Saliva Test – Cortisol

Saliva samples for cortisol testing should be collected at 7 different times during the day, preferably Sunday or Monday. Avoid eating, drinking, smoking, and chewing gum 30 minutes before the test starts. Also avoid drinking alcohol the night before.
