FLT3 (Fms-Like Tyrosine Kinase 3): FLT3 is a receptor tyrosine kinase involved in the proliferation and differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells into mature blood cells. Mutations in FLT3, particularly activating mutations, are commonly found in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and are associated with poor prognosis.
