GNGT2, also known as Guanine nucleotide-binding protein G(t) subunit gamma-T2, is a protein that belongs to the family of guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins). GNGT2 is a subunit of the transducin complex, which plays a critical role in signal transduction in photoreceptor cells of the retina.
