Place the product in the cart, and in the checkout choose which DNA test(s) you would like, and also submit your previous test-ID, and place your order. After 1-4 days, your new result will be ready.

How many upgrades can I buy?

There is no limit. If you want to buy 5 extra Tests, then you buy 5 and after the purchase let us know which ones.

How quickly will I receive my results?

If you have submitted all the information, including your test-ID, results will be ready in 1-4 days.

When should I take the test?

For the upgrade, you will not send in any test material. This will be analyzed from your old test material.

Are there any DNA test's I can't choose?

Yes, you cannot choose DNA Methylation Plus, DNA Pharmacogenetics(PGx) and DNA Carrier Status/Family planning.
