Orders placed before 2:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST) Monday through Friday are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM UK time (GMT/BST) or on weekends will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds
Unopened test kits can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened test kits or used supplements. To initiate a return, please contact our support team.
How to return your home test kit
Every kit ships with everything you need to send your sample back to the lab — including a prepaid, pre-addressed return envelope. Follow these four steps once you've collected your sample.

Collect your sample
Follow the printed instructions inside your kit. Best results come from collecting first thing in the morning, before eating or drinking.

Seal and label the sample
Place the sample tube inside the biohazard pouch and seal it. Make sure the barcode label on the tube matches the one in your kit.

Pack it in the return envelope
Slide the sealed pouch and the completed request form into the prepaid return envelope included in your kit.
- 4
Drop it in the post
Post it in any letter box or hand it to your usual courier. No postage or trip to the post office required — tracking updates arrive by email.
Please post your sample the same day you collect it whenever possible so it reaches the lab in optimal condition. Results are typically available within a few working days of arrival.
