DOING OUR GUTL TEST IS SIMPLE

1. Make a purchase on the website

Click on your test on the website and pay by Klarna / Stripe / Paypal. Simple and safe.

2. A test kit is sent to the address you specify when ordering

After an order completed, we send you a test kit with instructions. It also includes a return envelope that is mailed to us, preferably on Monday or Tuesday.

3. Carry out the test according to the instructions inside the test kit

Detailed instructions are sent with the test kit. The support answers all possible questions, before and after submission and results. You can also view instructions here.

4. Send in the test kit and wait for the results

Send your test kit to our ISO certified lab. You normally have an answer within 15 working days after our lab receives your sample.

Is this the same test doctors use?

No, these functional medicine tests are not used in the UK healthcare system yet, but we cooperate with private doctors who use these tests. Certain markers such as calprotectin, pancreatic elastase and secretory IgA can be measured by healthcare providers. Our collaborative lab is ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 certified and collaborates with hospitals worldwide.

Which markers are tested for?

Different tests measure different markers. Our simplest test only measures bacteria and fungi, while our larger tests also measure digestive function and leaky gut. Click on the respective test to read more.

How does the test work?

All tests are stool tests that you collect yourself at home via the test kit you receive from us after your order. The sample is then sent to the lab for analysis.

How is the test kit sent?

After an order is completed, we send you a test kit with instructions. It also includes a return envelope which is mailed back to us preferably at the beginning of the week.

Can children take the test?

Yes, the test is suitable for everyone. However, the reference values are based on an adult population.

How long before I get the results?

After the test is returned to us, it normally takes up to 15 business days to get the test results.
